How playing in UP works
UPAFA organises flag football and American football in Uttar Pradesh through district associations. Each district association affiliates local clubs, runs practices and trials, and puts players forward to state competitions. To play, register with UPAFA and choose your district. Your registration reaches that district's office bearers, who connect you to a club.

Trials, camps, and events
District and state trials, tournaments, and referee and coach clinics are published on the UPAFA calendar, and announcements on the news page. Flag football is the main entry point for new players. American (tackle) football teams are fielded by clubs that have the equipment and coaching.
