Terms of use
These terms cover use of upafa.in, run by the Uttar Pradesh American Football Association (UPAFA). Membership, elections, and discipline are also governed by the constitution, bye-laws, and the other documents published on the governance page.
Using the site
You may read public pages, verify a certificate, and, with an account, submit a registration. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, the admin portal, or stored documents without authorisation. Do not interfere with the site or the verification service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email address and password on your account. Information you submit must be accurate. UPAFA may refuse, suspend, or close an account that was opened with false details or used to abuse the service.
Registration and certificates
Sending a form does not by itself make you a registered player, referee, coach, or affiliated district. An administrator reviews the application. A certificate is valid only while it passes the public check on /verify, including its signature and expiry. UPAFA may revoke a certificate.
Public information
News, the calendar, district pages, and governing documents are published for information. A draft document is marked as a draft. If a page and a governing document disagree, the adopted governing document controls.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.
